FAQ’s

  • Do I need experience? – No, all training is provided in person as well as online throughout your time working with us.
  • Will I be working by myself? – No you will be shadowing someone in your first week and thereafter will pair up with someone for every call. 
  • When I will get paid? – Every 4 weeks on the Friday after with an emailed payslip.
  • Do I need to drive? – No, but if you do you can use one of our cars or use your own with a fuel allowance paid.
